Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Maintenance & Skilled Trades professional to perform emergency repairs and regular preventive maintenance on production equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on repairs, upgrades, and proactive maintenance while adhering to safety standards and maintaining clean work areas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
• Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situationsPositive attitude and a willingness to work with others
• Basic machining skills
• Basic welding skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a group
• Must own hand tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work Permits
• Outstanding attendance
• Previous Maintenance Experience
• Ability to read blueprints and machine control schematics
