Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician I in Tucson to keep our car wash sites running safely and efficiently.

You will perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on industrial equipment, travel for scheduled maintenance, and respond quickly to repairs to minimize downtime. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical skills including 3‑phase systems, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial or production maintenance experience (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience including exposure to 3‑phase high- and low-voltage systems, control wiring and PLC troubleshooting.
• Solid skills in at least four areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing.
• Willingness to travel across the market in a company-provided vehicle and respond to repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3‑phase power.
• Travel across your market, in your company provided vehicle, to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise.

You’re driven, hands-on, and ready to be part of a team that gets things done. Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)
• Electrical experience, including exposure to:
  • 3-phase high-voltage systems
  • Low-voltage systems
  • AC/DC electrical systems
  • Control wiring and powered equipment
  • VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
• Solid skills in at least four of the following areas:
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Hydraulics
  • Welding
  • Pneumatics
  • Plumbing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)
