Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep our industrial car wash equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across multiple sites, traveling as needed in a company vehicle. We value hands-on, proactive technicians with 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience including exposure to 3-phase high- and low-voltage systems, control wiring and powered equipment.
• Willingness to travel across the market in company-provided vehicle for maintenance tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across multiple disciplines.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.

• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates relying on your technical expertise.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Jump into a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll:

• Apply your electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best

• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power

You’re driven, hands‑on, and ready to be part of a team that gets things done. Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)
• Electrical experience, including exposure to:
  • 3-phase high-voltage systems
  • Low-voltage systems
  • AC/DC electrical systems
  • Control wiring and powered equipment
  • VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
• Solid skills in at least four of the following areas:
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Hydraulics
  • Welding
  • Pneumatics
  • Plumbing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on‑call hours
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)
