HQ Hotels in Palm Springs, CA, seeks a Maintenance Technician to manage repair, maintenance, and upkeep of restaurant and facility equipment and systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment, and support guest and team member experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in property maintenance (hotel/restaurant), HVAC certification, and electrical/plumbing licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management
• Restaurant, hotel, bar, or facilities: 2 years (Required)
• Maintenance and Repair: 2 years (Required)
• HVAC Certification (Required)
• Electrical and Plumbing Certification (Required)

Responsabilités

• Performs repairs and maintenance of restaurant and facility equipment.
• Complete repair and maintenance projects based on urgency and priority.
• Operate various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Respond to emergency calls and situations as needed.
• Read and interpret instructions, diagrams and drawings.
