Job summary

Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community safe, clean, and comfortable. This full-time, hourly role will perform routine maintenance and repairs inside and outside, install and service equipment, and prepare apartments for move-ins.

You will respond to resident requests, maintain storage, and monitor site conditions, while supporting team members with daily tasks and community events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, aiding safety protocols, painting, and more.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of maintenance supplies.
• Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds for proper maintenance and safety.
• Assist in setting up activities and events for the community.
