Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Maintenance Technician for the Cobblestone Beulah, ND Pay-17.00 This Position provides cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors, etc. in designated areas of the hotel.

Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us Responsibilities include cleaning

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Room Attendant or Houseman/Houseperson is required.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to special requests.
• Respond to guest concerns or suggestions and refer to management.
• May collect waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal.
• Maintain privacy by announcing entry and servicing guestrooms appropriately.
• Use and maintain equipment and supplies per department specs.
• Monitor status of common areas and elevators.
• Maintain daily log and track keys and communications.
• Handle lost and found items per policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems or matters of significance.
