Job summary

Hard Rock Bristol is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems. The role supports event setups/teardowns and ensures equipment readiness for performances and guest experiences.

The incumbent responds to service requests, documents work orders, and maintains logs while adhering to safety standards and Virginia Lottery regulations. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems as needed.
• Assist with event setups and teardowns following diagrams.
• Respond to service calls and document work daily.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
