Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other facility systems. You will respond to service calls, document work orders and help keep the property in top condition.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a range of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6+ years in general maintenance.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and facility repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
• Certified in three trades and/or 6+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility systems including electrical, mechanical and kitchen equipment.
• Respond to maintenance service calls promptly.
• Operate and monitor building automation and emergency generators.
• Perform drywall prep, painting and carpentry tasks.
• Document work orders and maintain logs.
