Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform minor maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems. This role supports the Medical Center's facilities during non‑standard hours and ensures reliable operation of equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, routine vehicle maintenance, and following safety policies. The position is full-time and on-site at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Work Experience: No experience required.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license and adherence to Piedmont Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor level maintenance and repair work on a wide variety of Medical Center plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic tube system; perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities during other than normal working hours.
