Qualifications

• Experience with basic maintenance tasks on production equipment.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic diagnostic tools such as multimeters and infrared scanning.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance on equipment, both electrical and mechanical.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines in accordance with schedule.
• Assure compliance with safety practices and regulations at all levels.
• Review daily maintenance schedule to ensure timely completion with minimal production interference.
• Assist in emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain good housekeeping in all areas and handle company equipment with care.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and be available for overtime, including weekends.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Production Support Manager.
• Inspect equipment condition and assist with identifying deficiencies to prevent recurrences.
• Plan preventive and planned maintenance for all machines.
