Job summary

BG Foods in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our high-speed food processing lines running smoothly. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support both electrical and mechanical systems on the production floor.

Candidates should bring experience with PLCs, robotics, welding, and material handling equipment, plus a reliable, team-oriented approach to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on systems and components.
• Support mechanical and electrical tasks on the line.
• Operate forklifts and related lifting equipment as needed.
• Assist with welding and fabrication for manufacturing needs.
• Work with PLCs and robotics systems to optimize performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
