Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) for our Greeneville, TN manufacturing site. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair high-volume production equipment including PLCs (Allen-Bradley and Siemens), robotics, pumps, dryers, hydraulics, and pneumatics to keep line uptime high.

The role requires a HS diploma with experience or an Associate/Technical degree with additional experience; strong schematic reading, math skills, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma + 3-5 yrs experience or Associate/Tech degree + 2+ yrs experience.
• Strong schematic reading (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) & math skills.
• PLC troubleshooting and predictive maintenance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair high-volume production equipment.
• Maintain PLCs, robotics, pumps, dryers, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics to install or adjust equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met during maintenance tasks.
• Document issues and track corrective actions for equipment reliability.
• Support continuous improvement and predictive maintenance programs.

Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Join our fast-paced manufacturing team! We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair high-volume production equipment, including PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens), robotics, pumps, dryers, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma + 3-5 yrs experience OR Associate/Tech degree + 2+ yrs experience
• strong schematic reading (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) & math skills
• PLC troubleshooting & predictive maintenance knowledge preferred

salary: $49,920 - $60,320 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• High School Education/GED with 3-5 years’ experience or; Associates degree or Technical school certified with minimum 2 years work related experience.
• Computer skills required
• Math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals essential
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Ability to read and follow equipment, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Be able to understand the requirement of the product to make sound adjustment to equipment
• Knowledge of PLC and Predictive Maintenance (PD) driven equipment preferred
• This is a 2nd shift position
