Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment across our aerospace-focused manufacturing environment. You will determine materials and parts for repairs, install and inspect mechanical and electrical systems, and participate in preventive maintenance across all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, support & repair all production equipment.
• Determine material, parts, and equipment to be used for repair, installation and stock.
• Install, inspect, repair and maintain mechanical, electrical and related systems in all production and supporting departments.
• Coordinate and participate in scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
• Complete documentation as described under company guidelines.

Troubleshoot, support & repair of all production equipment

Determine material, parts, and equipment to be used for repair, installation and stock.

Install, inspect, repair and maintain the mechanical, electrical and other related systems in all production and supporting departments

Coordinate and participate in scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment Inspect, operate and maintain steam, heating, cooling and water treatment systems in entire plant Complete all necessary documentation as described under company guidelines

Design and implement installation of new equipment and tools

Must comply with all company safety rules and policies

Other duties as assigned

Drug screening and background check are required

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
