What You’ll Get To Do

As a Maintenance Technician 3, your primary responsibility will be supporting Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope operations by maintaining equipment and facilities with a focus on safety. This includes performing preventative and routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and improvements on machinery, systems, and equipment. Ensuring a safe, organized, and clean work environment is our top priority.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial manufacturing facility experience.
  • Availability to work off-shift, including training on 1st shift and occasional weekends to support production.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex mechanical issues.
  • Enjoys mentoring junior mechanics and collaborating with team members.
  • Availability for occasional off-shift and weekend work.
Job Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and repairing machinery and equipment.
  • Performing preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Over 6 years of practical experience in mechanical and maintenance roles within an industrial setting.
  • Deep knowledge of mechanical, electro-mechanical systems, PLCs, HMIs, control systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.
  • Experience leading a team of mechanics, including training, mentoring, parts/inventory management, work order writing, and scheduling.
