Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in Twinsburg, OH. The role covers electrical/mechanical, hydraulic, and combustion troubleshooting, with robot programming awareness for ABB models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.

Includes opportunities to install, move, and align machinery and to perform welding operations. The position offers a competitive starting rate up to $39/hour, a $0.50/$1.00 shift premium, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains manufacturing equipment and plant facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and implement repairs.
• Navigate ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and ControlLogix for troubleshooting.
• Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
• Install, move, and align equipment; operate machine shop equipment with accuracy.
• Perform gas and electric welding operations.
