Maintenance Tech 2 Dayton Marriott University of Dayton

Position Overview

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician with a pay rate of $20.00-$24.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain all equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks, including drywall repair, painting, wall vinyl, tile, covering room calls, and clearing drains.
2. Assist the Chief Engineer and other team members with building and grounds maintenance.
3. Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff by adhering to safety standards and emergency procedures.
4. Provide professional and courteous service to guests and respond to various requests.
5. Collaborate with other departments as needed, demonstrating teamwork.
6. Follow all safety guidelines and be familiar with Job Safety Analysis protocols.
