Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team at our hotel. The role involves keeping all equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventive maintenance checks.

You will support the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance, ensure a safe environment for guests and staff, and provide professional, courteous service. A team player, you may assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year: Painting/Drywall
• 2 years: HVAC
• 1 year: Preventive Maintenance
• 2 years: Hotel/Property Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician

Key Role Responsibilities:

As a maintenance tech on our engineering team you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.

You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance

Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards

Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests

Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed

Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides
