Job Description

Job Title: Independent Maintenance Technician (1099 Contractor)

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Contract (Full-time and Part-time hours available)

We are seeking 2-3 skilled and self-driven Maintenance Technicians to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This position offers significant autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to set your own schedule.

As an Independent Maintenance Technician, you will receive daily job notifications through a dedicated smartphone app. You will be responsible for completing a variety of general repair tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical work, and wall repairs. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who works well independently and takes pride in their work without direct supervision.

The volume of work is consistent and can accommodate a part-time or full-time schedule, depending on your work ethic and ability to efficiently complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and complete assigned maintenance jobs.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

Requirements
