Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured housing communities safe, functional, and well‑maintained. You will perform essential repairs and seasonal upkeep, contributing to residents’ quality of life and community pride.

You’ll join a team that values service, teamwork, and reliable on‑site presence to manage repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety across our properties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with repairs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, pool care and equipment maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license in the resident state; flexibility for on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and water/sewer systems.
• Oversee seasonal maintenance: lawn care, pest control, snow removal, pool/spa operations.
• Keep equipment and tools, including company vehicles, in good working order.
• Handle community repairs such as roads, driveways, sprinklers and irrigation.

What You'll Do

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
• Take charge of seasonal maintenance, such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
• Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in excellent working condition.
• Handle community repairs, such as fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.

What We're Looking For

• Hands‑on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• A valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Flexibility to handle on‑call assignments when needed.
