Job summary

Waco Family Medicine is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep and minor repairs across the facility. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining building systems, cleaning, stocking supplies, and supporting remodeling efforts.

The role requires basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills, plus the ability to operate light machinery and respond quickly to maintenance needs. This is an on-site position with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.
  • Ability to learn and repair maintenance equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems and equipment.
  • Inspect facilities, remove debris, clean and stock supplies.
  • Assist with new construction or remodeling projects as needed.
