Responsibilities

• Complete apartment/home make-readies for new residents.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
• Basic plumbing repairs including sink plumbing, tub plumbing, and replacing or repairing simple pipes/fixtures.
• Basic electrical repairs including replacing charging adapters, troubleshooting and replacing ceiling fans, and replacing light fixtures/switches.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Patching and filling holes in walls.
• General labor and property upkeep.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements
