Parker Oil Company Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance across facilities, equipment and grounds to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. You will handle maintenance tasks across buildings, tanks, piping, pumps and related systems, with potential after-hours responsibilities for emergencies and on-call needs.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in building or industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to read basic diagrams, instructions and work orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours for emergencies, including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, storage tanks, piping, pumps and related equipment.
  • Conduct basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry systems.
  • Maintain fences, gates, concrete pads and site grounds; assist with equipment install/remove.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after hours on-call.
  • Keep maintenance logs, inspection records and work orders up to date; participate in safety walkthroughs.
