You will handle maintenance tasks across buildings, tanks, piping, pumps and related systems, with potential after-hours responsibilities for emergencies and on-call needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building or industrial maintenance preferred.

• Willingness to work flexible hours for emergencies, including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, storage tanks, piping, pumps and related equipment.
• Conduct basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry systems.
• Maintain fences, gates, concrete pads and site grounds; assist with equipment install/remove.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after hours on-call.
• Keep maintenance logs, inspection records and work orders up to date; participate in safety walkthroughs.
