Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our properties in Lanes at Oslo, Texas. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience and a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude.

You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and pool/spa equipment across the community. Health insurance, paid time off, and competitive compensation are offered.
