TSK HOUSING in Spanish Lake, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep residential properties safe and functional. You will perform routine upkeep across units and common areas, diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, and complete work orders promptly.

Ideal candidates will have experience in residential or commercial property maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license. EPA 608 certification or HVAC experience is a plus.

• Conduct unit inspections and prepare vacant units for move-in readiness
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, facilities, and maintenance shop
• Communicate effectively with property management regarding repair status and supply needs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• EPA 608 certification or HVAC experience a plu
