SUMMIT WEST APARTMENTS 1 LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in Lithonia, GA. The position requires reliability, basic tools, and experience in multifamily maintenance.

Duties include routine and emergency repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and on-call support. Seasoned applicants with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills will thrive in a fast-paced, residents-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Own basic tools.
• Apartment maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work in varying conditions.
• 40 hours per week plus overtime and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
