Job summary

ZMC Hotels is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to support our property in Fort Wayne. The role involves carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks both in guest rooms and on exterior grounds, with hands-on project work.

You will perform high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced hotel environment, keeping to schedules and adapting to a regular flow of varied maintenance projects. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to lift and use tools.
• Flexible, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• This position will be inside hotel rooms or outside on the grounds of the property.
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services.
• Perform work in a timely manner.
• There will always be something different needing to be maintained or fixed, so you will have a variety in this position.

Job Summary

Do you consider yourself skilled in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems?

We are looking for an individual that has an array of skills to do general maintenance at our hotel. We will keep you busy and if you prefer working on projects by yourself, this job is for you.
