Job summary

Home 2 Suites Colorado Springs is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to service hotel rooms and exterior grounds, performing carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical work.

You will be busy with diverse tasks, including preventative maintenance, quick repairs, and ensuring safety standards, with an emphasis on quality, timeliness, and guest satisfaction.

This full-time role offers flexible schedules, seasonal opportunities, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment.

Job Summary

Do you consider yourself skilled in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems?

We are looking for an individual that has an array of skills to do general maintenance at our hotel. We will keep you busy and if you prefer working on projects by yourself, this job is for you.

Responsibilities:

• This position will be inside hotel rooms or outside on the grounds of the property.

• There will always be something different needing to be maintained or fixed, so you will have a variety in this position.

Qualifications:

• Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment
