Job summary

Orion Castings Cambridge Division in New Hampshire is seeking skilled maintenance technicians to join our die casting operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and electrical systems, service 400-1200 ton die cast machines, and maintain large gas-fired furnaces, while contributing to safe, efficient production.

This role also covers general maintenance, PLC programming, welding, fabrication, and machining.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Experience with 400-1200 ton die cast machines.
• Experience with 1000-25000 lb gas-fired furnaces.
• General building maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in PLC programming.
• Welding, fabrication, and machining skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing complex hydraulic and electrical systems
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and rebuilding 400-1200 ton die cast machines
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and rebuilding 1000-25000 lb. gas fired furnaces
• General building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• PLC programming
• Welding, fabrication, and machining

Compensation and Schedule

Compensation range: $23.00-$36.00 hourly.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Second Shift.
