Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech for 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant facilities and production equipment. The role requires reading manuals, following SOPs, and collaborating with teams to keep lines running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems, adjust controls, and document work. Pay is $31.30–$33.30/hour with a $1 differential where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of facility and production equipment to ensure operations.
• Install, maintain and repair machinery; diagnose, test and document work.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs at all times.
• Monitor equipment for proper performance and respond to issues quickly.
• Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
