Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to keep our Charlotte, NC manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

On-site role; you’ll troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, support changeovers, and document work in a CMMS, collaborating with operations in a safety- and quality-focused environment that values sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Background in manufacturing maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work 3rd shift on-site and document work in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support changeovers and equipment upgrades.
• Document all maintenance actions in the CMMS.
