Your primary goal will be to keep our operations running efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should be comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment, and be able to quickly assess and address maintenance needs as they arise.Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment and facilitiesResponding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely mannerCompleting repairs and upgrades to ensure optimal functionalityKeeping accurate records of maintenance activities and inventoryCollaborating with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritiesTo be successful as a Maintenance Tech at Enable, Inc, you must possess strong communication skills, have a proactive mindset, and be willing to continually learn and adapt to new challenges.
