Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Appleton, WI to support production operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.

You will work in the Maintenance Department and handle both planned and unplanned maintenance needs. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience with paper converting or production machinery, and forklift plus aerial lift certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year prior experience with paper converting or production machines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for call-ins during off hours.
• Initial forklift certification with renewal every 3 years and annual aerial lift certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust machinery.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range:$25-$30-plus night shift differential

Shift:10am-8pm Monday-Friday
