Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and move products to storage areas.
• Verify deliveries against invoices and flag discrepancies.

• Record temperatures for refrigerated and frozen items.
• Stock shelves using FIFO and rotate products.
• Break down boxes and keep receiving area clean and safe.
• Report issues to leadership promptly.

Are you a morning person who takes pride in doing things right? Do you want consistent early hours that leave the rest of your day open? If so, this opportunity at Chick-fil-A Clifton Park Center is for you. As our Morning Truck Unloading Team Member, you play a critical role before the doors open: receiving every delivery accurately so the kitchen starts the day fully stocked. This is a part-time position, 6:00 to 8:30 AM daily, ideal as a second job or for extra hours before a 9-to-5.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload the delivery truck and move product into dry storage, coolers, and freezers
• Verify each delivery against invoices; flag shortages, damage, or wrong items
• Log every delivery in the receiving log, including invoice numbers, quantities, and any discrepancies
• Check and record temperatures on refrigerated and frozen deliveries
• Stock shelves and rotate product using FIFO so nothing expires on our watch
• Break down boxes and keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe
• Report delivery issues and facility concerns to leadership promptly

Skills and Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a record of showing up on time. A 6 AM start means 6 AM.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for the full shift
• Strong attention to detail with a dependable, service-oriented work style
