Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchise restaurant. The role involves daily upkeep of the facility, including fryer maintenance, outdoor grounds, interior cleaning, and handling deliveries and trash. You will also replace bulbs and service HVAC components as needed.

The position emphasizes reliability and physical readiness to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform outdoor grounds upkeep and cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to unload deliveries and handle routine facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain equipment inside and outside.
• Clean outside grounds, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week and manage trash.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
