Purpose of Role

We are seeking a full-time multi-craft Maintenance Team Member to join our team of Maintenance Technicians for both first and second shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports manufacturing and facility maintenance, including spare parts and work-order management.

This role requires a results-oriented, high-energy, and dynamic individual to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth delivery network.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

1. Maintain the successful operation of production machines based on priority.
2. Apply systematic problem-solving approaches, including analysis and evaluation of solutions, utilizing logic, mathematics, or other tools.
3. Demonstrate technical skills such as welding, fabrication, minor electrical work, plumbing, troubleshooting, reading micrometers, drill press operation, and understanding diagrams.
4. Use precision measuring equipment for alignment of pumps, shafts, motors, and gearboxes.
5. Perform rigging and lifting of heavy components/equipment following all safety requirements.
6. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints for tear-down and rebuild of manufacturing equipment and components.
7. Possess working knowledge of electrical control systems, wiring, and verifying operation of motors according to schematics.
8. Follow mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic layouts.
9. Document work performance, parts, and repairs using computer-based maintenance software.
10. Troubleshoot effectively and utilize computerized systems efficiently.
11. Understand production support systems.
12. Drive results with a passion for self-development.
13. Follow plant and process safety rules, safe operating procedures, and maintain good housekeeping.
14. Support team activities with effective communication and collaboration.
15. Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
16. Conduct Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures safely.
17. Communicate actions taken during repairs to Operators and Leads.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.
