Cardinal Group in Omaha is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect and maintain our communities and enhance resident living. This role will handle work orders, perform routine upkeep, and support a safe, clean environment for residents.
You will participate in on‑call rotations, ensure pool/spa upkeep and safety, and follow all health and safety policies. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with benefits and potential bonus eligibility.

The Maintenance Team Member protects, maintains, and enhances the value of the community while maximizing the living experience for residents. This responsibility is carried out by resolving resident maintenance issues expertly and efficiently.
Incumbents work inside and outside apartment buildings, in all areas of the property and amenities, and are frequently exposed to outside elements such as temperature, weather, odors, and landscape. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Regular use of hands to finger, type, handle, or feel; talk or hear. Frequent standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, and climbing, stooping, or squatting. Ability to access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet. Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of at least 75 lbs. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Rare or regular local travel may be required for training or assistance at other properties.
