Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to perform daily cleaning and repair tasks, complete monthly preventative maintenance, and assist with additional projects as needed. The role requires an early-morning schedule, strong work ethic, and solid understanding of equipment and basic technical skills.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Operations and offers 10-20 hours per week with shifts starting around 6:00 am.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem solving skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment.
• Complete morning cleaning checklists to ensure restaurant readiness.
• Conduct fryer boil-outs and other deep-cleaning procedures.
• Repair equipment as assigned and carry out cleaning/maintenance tasks as needed.

Reports to: Senior Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment
• Complete morning cleaning checklists to ensure restaurant readiness
• Conduct fryer boil-outs and other deep-cleaning procedures
• Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and submitting credits
• Repair equipment as assigned
• Carry out additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Hours:

• 10-20 hours per week

Requirements:

• 6am-10am availability.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem solving skills
