Job summary

Dynax America Corporation in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance group, install, maintain, and repair machinery and electrical systems with a focus on safety and quality. Prior experience required; PLC knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance or facilities management.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office for maintenance tracking.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics; leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of 7 maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance.
• Train and mentor staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

While working with our Maintenance Group you will install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and electrical systems in the factory with a focus on safety and quality of work. In this role you will be able to advance your knowledge working in a state of the art manufacturing facility.Positions require prior experience maintaining and installing industrial machinery and electrical systems with a focus on safety and quality of work. PLC knowledge a plus. Be able to lead a team of 7 tech's, train, enforce policies and do evaluations.

• Schedule **2-2-3 12 hour shift 7:00pm to 7:00am Average 14 days off per month

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of 7 maintenance technicians

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management
• Proven experience in supervising a team of maintenance technicians
• Strong knowledge of, electrical systems, Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft for tracking maintenance activities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
