Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Maintenance Systems & Reliability Specialist to optimize maintenance systems across Wisconsin facilities. You will manage CMMS master data, prepare preventive maintenance programs, and support lubrication, oil analysis, and vibration monitoring efforts to boost equipment reliability and reduce costs.

Collaborate with Maintenance leadership and trades; ensure accurate standards, procedures, and data-informed decisions across operations in Sheboygan and nearby plants.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in technical field preferred (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology).
  • 2-year degree with relevant maintenance experience also acceptable.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience.
  • Experience with SAP CMMS and data systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support within the Maintenance organization.
  • Manages equipment master data in the CMMS system for accuracy and consistency.
  • Create/validate equipment records, BOMs, maintenance plans, and locations in CMMS.
  • Maintain master data for safety procedures (LOTO, Confined Space, Environmental).
  • Develop and audit preventive maintenance procedures and lubrication routes.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and stocking quantities per vendor guidance.
  • Lead lubrication specifications and maintenance routing for new equipment.
  • Oversee oil sampling program and act on analysis results.
  • Manage vibration program and provide technical support to trades.
  • Analyze data to drive KPI-based actions in maintenance.
  • Train staff on predictive technologies and follow-up training.
  • Assist maintenance with PO/invoice issues; provide other technical support as needed.

The Maintenance Systems & Reliability Specialist is a technical resource within the Maintenance organization responsible for optimizing maintenance systems, equipment reliability, and preventive and predictive maintenance practices across Rehlko’s Wisconsin facilities. This role manages critical maintenance master data within the CMMS, develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs, and supports reliability initiatives including lubrication, oil analysis, and vibration monitoring. The position also analyzes maintenance data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improved equipment performance, maintenance effectiveness, and cost reduction.

The Maintenance Systems & Reliability Specialist will be working closely with Maintenance leadership, skilled trades, and cross-functional partners, the Specialist provides technical expertise, maintains accurate maintenance standards and procedures, supports MRO activities, and helps drive consistent, data-informed maintenance practices across the organization.

Location: N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, WI, 53083

Work mode: Onsite Monday-Friday and some weekend and holiday work may be required

Travel: Travel between three Rehlko Plants (Mosel, Kohler, and Kenosha) as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support for Maintenance organization
  • Manages equipment master data within the CMMS system. Create, maintain, & update system master data to ensure a high level of accuracy & consistency throughout the maintenance system.
  • Create and validate equipment records, equipment BOM's, maintenance plans, document links, functional location structure and employee work centres within the CMMS system.
  • Manage master data for LOTO, Confined Space and Environmental procedures for Rehlko, WI facilities to ensure the highest level of health, safety and environment practices are followed in all activities completed by maintenance personnel.
  • Create new preventive maintenance procedures for equipment and audit the effectiveness of existing preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Manages spare parts and specific quantities for items to be stocked in Maintenance Stores from the vendors recommendations or equipment literature.
  • Develop lubrication specifications and methods for all plant equipment and develop and maintain lubrication routes Chart all new equipment for number of lubrication points, types of lubricants to be used, method of application and frequency of application.
  • Manage oil sampling program and advise of action to be taken as a result of the analyses.
  • Manage and maintain our vibration program including establishing machines and program database. Provide technical support to skilled trades team and communicate through vibration analysis system.
  • Analyze data and create reports to drive action and decision making within the Maintenance group including KPI’s.
  • Train maintenance personnel on the use of predictive technologies when personnel changes require a new person to be trained. Perform follow-up training for individuals who have attended an outside training course.
  • Support maintenance by resolving issues with purchase orders and invoicing
  • Provide other technical assistance as required to assist maintenance efforts and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in technical field such as Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred
  • 2-year degree with relevant 2 plus years of maintenance experience
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP CMMS system
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to understand and learn programs quickly
  • Must be a self-motivated, detail – oriented individual that operates in a consistent manner.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • SAP, MS Office suite, SmartSheet, Power BI, AutoCad proficiency
  • Language proficiency in English
  • Must have US Drivers License

The Salary range for this position is $66,300.00-$83,500.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
