We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to support the design, development, validation, and implementation of advanced electrical and electronic systems for Rehlko industrial generator platforms. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in analog and digital circuitry, microprocessor-based controls, and electrical system troubleshooting who thrives in a collaborative engineering environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in validating system performance, resolving complex electrical and software-related issues, supporting cross-functional product development efforts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This Electrical Systems Engineer position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative power generation technologies while providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet customer, regulatory, and performance requirements.

Basic Function: Lead or support implementation of electrical components or electronic systems on Rehlko generator platforms, including validation, testing, and postproduction support.
Develops and executes test specifications and test procedures to validate or verify component or system function.
Work with cross functional teams to implement electrical and controls systems.
Troubleshoot failures and work with suppliers to resolve issues.
Make recommendations for product improvements.
Develop and implement special electronics systems as needed for testing.
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Required (ABET Accredited) 2+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, electronic systems and/or New product Development NPD or Sustaining Product Development (SPD) experience General knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) Standards is a plus Knowledge of any of the following a plus: MATLAB, PSPICE, Simulink, OrCAD, C, C++, Python

The Salary range for this position is $83,300.00-$105,200.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
