Job Title: Maintenance Support Associate

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing print finishing and packaging equipment to ensure optimal machine performance and production efficiency. Supports operational excellence through preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with teams and vendors. Technicians may be assigned to facilities in Raleigh, Morrisville, or Durham and must reliably commute to the location.

What You’ll Do

1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and general maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components to ensure uptime.
2. Technical Diagnostics & Setup: Diagnose issues, install or calibrate parts, and use manuals and instructions for efficient problem-solving.
3. Tool & System Utilization: Operate tools including electrical, pneumatic, and hand tools. Use CMMS to document activities and track repairs.
4. Electrical & Mechanical Systems Support: Install and service systems like motors, switches, and relays using schematics and wiring diagrams.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate with production teams, management, and vendors to address issues and updates.
6. Safety & Compliance: Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and housekeeping protocols to maintain a safe environment.
7. Additional Duties: Support team operations to meet production goals and assist as needed.

What You'll Bring

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant maintenance experience, preferably in printing or manufacturing.
3. Hands-on experience with electrical controls, pneumatic systems, sensors, printers, vision systems, load/scales; PLC familiarity is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical systems, safety standards, and measurements.
5. Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and schematic interpretation skills.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate.
7. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am), following training.
