How You'll Shine:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the Engineering Manager and/or Assistant Manager by leading, planning, organizing, and directing the engineering department to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. You will supervise Engineering Technicians, perform safety inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA and GHS regulations.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Assist management with engineering department operations and vendor relations.
  • Supervise daily activities of Engineering Technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality audits, and loss prevention measures.
  • Work with HR and leadership to maintain workplace standards and compliance.
  • Support financial management of the engineering department.
  • Build relationships with vendors and contractors, and understand HOA operations.
  • Solicit and evaluate bids for management approval.
  • Implement and support resort management initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
  • Preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • CPR and CPO certifications or willingness to obtain.
  • OSHA, EPA certifications.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and contractors.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures for power and shop tools.
  • Experience with pool systems and ADA compliance.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand fire codes.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership skills with excellent communication.
  • Customer service orientation to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Respectful and humble attitude with motivational skills.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
