Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for continuous improvement and team collaboration?

Molnlycke is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in our Wiscasset manufacturing site. This is a rare opportunity to join a company known not only for its world-class products, but for a culture built on trust, transparency, and teamwork. In this role, you'll oversee a team of 11-13 technicians, managing both preventive and reactive maintenance activities that keep our site running at peak performance. You'll also work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and engineering-because here, there's no hierarchy, just one collaborative team working toward shared goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily preventive and corrective maintenance of process and facility equipment using a CMMS such as Maestro or Fast Maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering) to troubleshoot, improve, and support production equipment.
  • Manage tool and spare part inventories using FMEA-based stocking strategies to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians-ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or services.
  • Support site goals in quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with a CMMS system (e.g., Maestro, Fast Maintenance).
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, instrumentation, and basic PLC functionality.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and equipment manuals; welding and machining experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • High Pressure Boiler Operator License, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Trade school or technical degree preferred; Electromechanical preferred
