Maintenance Supervisor - Wildwood Village

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians on site.
• Handle maintenance requests for apartments, common areas, and exterior buildings.
• Conduct daily property inspections with maintenance staff.
• Manage work orders: enter, review, and schedule.
• Perform repairs including painting, drywall, electrical, appliance, plumbing, furniture moving, and pest control assistance.
• Coordinate with the community manager to ensure vacant units are rent-ready within 14 days.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for equipment and systems.
• Monitor building systems such as fire control and water to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain grounds to enhance curb appeal.
• Perform janitorial duties for interior and exterior spaces.
• Procure supplies, equipment, and services as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor.
• Energetic team player, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Strong ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of custodial and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to assess emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Experience maintaining multiple locations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles up to 20 feet.
• Capable of lifting loads up to 50 pounds.
