Job summary

This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm, and on call bi weekly.

Requirements: 3-5 Years

This position is eligible for quarterly percentage bonuses.

Experience in general apartment maintenance, including plumbing repair and troubleshooting, basic electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance and repair, appliance repair, drywall repair and painting, carpentry, and preventative maintenance. Must be able to manage work orders, respond to emergency maintenance requests, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, time management, organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and knowledge of OSHA compliance. Valid driver’s license required. EPA, HVAC, and Pool Operator (CPO) certifications preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor. Basic computer and mobile device proficiency, along with reliable attendance and punctuality, is required.
