Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor - Weekend 2nd Shift at Bell & Evans.

Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, providing training, tools, and direction to team members to ensure effective maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise maintenance technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and laws.
  • Train employees, plan, assign, and evaluate work performance.
  • Provide counseling or disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Monitor equipment, oversee repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure hatchery performance.
  • Coordinate with production, trucking, and other departments on projects and issues.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred.
  • At least 5 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Effective communication skills with both hourly and managerial staff.
  • Bilingual skills are desirable.
Work Schedule:

Days: Friday to Monday
Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
