Qualifications:

• 3-5 years multi-family maintenance experience
• HVAC/EPA certifications (Type I & II or Universal)
• CPO certification preferred
• Strong communication, financial, and leadership skills
• Expertise in heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, OSHA, EPA regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs

• Create and monitor community budgets
• Ensure proper stock of supplies and materials
