Job Description Summary

The Lodge at Madrona has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor! Our team members are high performers who care about customer service and exceeding expectations. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in our success.

This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the community's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and perform maintenance tasks including hot water repair, carpentry, and overseeing vendors.
  • Supervise up to 5 employees and assist in developing budgets for repairs and capital expenses.
  • Ensure community standards for cleanliness and appearance are maintained.
  • Oversee the 'make-ready' process for vacant units, including inspections and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and implement safety and maintenance policies, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other laws.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, and manage work orders efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident requests and complaints.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in maintenance management within multifamily housing.
  • Proficiency in hot water heater repair, carpentry, and knowledge of roofing materials.
  • Skilled in the safe use of tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and property management software (Yardi/One Site).
  • Professional appearance and manner.
Compensation & Benefits

The hourly rate ranges from $38.00 to $42.00, with potential bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, onsite housing discounts, 401(k) match, parental leave, and more.
