JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Lodge at Madrona is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. Our team values high performance, customer service, and exceeding expectations. The Maintenance Supervisor is crucial to our success.

This role involves overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the community's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service as part of a team
• Managing outside vendors and warranty follow-ups via email and phone
• Developing standards for cleanliness and appearance of the property
• Performing hot water repair and maintenance (highly desired)
• Having basic carpentry knowledge
• Supervising up to 5 employees
• Assisting with budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses
• Delegating and completing resident work orders promptly

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in maintenance management within multifamily housing
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair, carpentry, and roofing materials (shingles, BUR membrane, EPDM)
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Skills in MS Office and property management software (Yardi/One Site)
• Professional appearance and manner
