Pay: $32.00 - $35.00/hour, plus bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, on call rotation

Description

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance and repair of a property, managing a team of technicians, groundkeepers, or housekeepers. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, efficiency, and standards compliance in all maintenance work.

Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Overseeing maintenance staff, assigning work orders, and managing schedules.
• Performing inspections and ensuring safety and code compliance.
• Maintaining records of maintenance activities.
• Managing vendor relationships and large projects.
• Participating in emergency on-call rotations and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Three years as a maintenance technician.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary & Benefits
